Welcome to Triplit ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Triplit.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

By creating an account or using Triplit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the Service.

Triplit provides a platform for group travel planning and expense management, including:

• Trip planning and itinerary management
• Expense tracking and splitting among group members
• Settlement calculations and tracking
• AI-powered trip planning (Pro features)
• Analytics and reporting tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

5.1 Free and Paid Services

Triplit offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts have access to basic features, while paid subscriptions unlock premium features including unlimited AI trip planning and advanced analytics.

5.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed upfront for the selected plan (monthly or yearly).
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is due immediately upon activation of the subscription.
• We accept major credit cards, UPI, and supported digital payment methods.

5.3 Renewals

Triplit Pro subscriptions do not auto-renew. Each plan expires automatically at the end of its term, and continued access requires a new purchase. You are never auto-charged, and renewal is fully at your discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Triplit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process such content to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triplit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but these Terms will remain in effect regarding any prior use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
